This guarantee applies to all Internet offers. Offers from special price agreements from companies or bonus programs, vouchers and competitions, bookings from Internet auctions and bookings for which the hotel was not yet known at the time of booking are excluded.

Simply contact us by e-mail (info (at) reichelsparkhotel.de), inform us about the cheaper offer and we will reimburse you for the difference. We must receive your notification at least 48 hours before your arrival.

The cheaper offer must apply to an equivalent room. The same arrival and departure dates and the same booking conditions are important.

So please check again beforehand whether everything is correct:

• same arrival and departure dates?
• same room category?
• same payment terms, same information on currency and taxes?
• same catering (breakfast)?
• same cancellation conditions?

We only need the following information to adjust your booking. Your full name, booking period, room category, email and / or telephone at which we can contact you, as well as the Internet address (e.g. www.yxz-reisen.de) and corresponding screenshots of the page on which you found the cheaper offer. If you have already made a booking for the period, please also provide your booking number (you will find this on your booking confirmation):

We ask for your understanding that we cannot take into account incomplete e-mails, offers with different conditions, as well as offers that can no longer be booked. Bookings with arrival on the day of booking are also excluded.
