When and how do I have to pay for my booking?
Payment of the entire booking amount is made directly at the hotel, usually upon check-in.
Payment can be made with EC card, credit card, for an amount up to 999.99 euros, or in cash. The following credit cards are accepted: Visacard, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners Club.
What does breakfast offer and who can use it?
It consists of a large selection of breads and rolls, muesli, various sausages and cheeses, jams, vegetables, olives, various yoghurts, various spreads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit.
Coffee, tea, cocoa and juices are also offered.

What do I have to consider when arriving and departing?
Arrival until 6 p.m.
Check in 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
If you arrive early, you can get to your room earlier, if available.
Arrival after 6 p.m.
Please inform us in advance. You will receive a code for the key box in which we will store your key.

Breakfast
Breakfast buffet from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies.

Departure
On the day of departure, the room is available until 11:00 a.m. Later departure is possible on request and at an additional cost. If you wish, we will of course store your luggage free of charge if your train leaves later.
Valuable
Our rooms are on the first and second floor and are all easily accessible by elevator. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are not suitable for wheelchair users. All rooms are non-smoking.
Restaurant
We have a café in the house (open until 6 p.m.). You will find two restaurants at the Franken-Therme (approx. 3 minute walk) and many restaurants in the old town (approx. 15-20 minute walk).
Payment
A prepayment is not necessary for direct bookings. You pay in cash or by credit card upon arrival.
– Bad Windsheim charges a visitor’s tax of Euro 2.90 per person and night.
– If you have a severe disability of 50 % or more, please take your ID with you.
In this case, the fee is reduced to Euro 1.90 per person per night.
– If an accompanying person is registered, this person is exempt from the fee.
